And damn, most of us grew up to be suspicious, fearful, under-confident of our natural abilities, “realistic” (I really dislike that word and I hear it too much), and limited in our thinking. For some, our mantra in life was “why bother”.
In fact, just for a moment, think of something ridiculously audacious and inspiring you want to do in life but haven’t yet. When you think about it, it does send shivers down your spine right? It may make your heart beat faster, get you excited, and feel good or even a little scared.
And that’s good, because that’s the energy you need to dream it, and with each dream you dream and turn to reality, life only gets better, and better and better and better and better and better .............................

We receive feedback every day, verbal or non-verbal, positive or negative, no matter if you want it or not. Negative feedback is hard to accept because we take it personally. There are lots of emotions attached. We think we are not good enough, feel frustrated, and look ourselves as failure.
