Who holds the key to your vision?
At last week's Leadership Breakfast, I talked about influencing your "special one." What's that?
It's that person on your team who has the power to make things happen -- that "power" maybe explicit or implicit. We all have a special one on our team, whether its our boss, a colleague or your team-member!

From an email exchange with Sebastien, REV's new intern coming from around the globe in France! I shared an inspiring TED video with him and this is his response.
"I love the video with Simon, I watched it this morning it's very good for begin the day with energy. I like his concept of What, How and... Why ! Now I understand better what REV is always talking about, especially about the values of your company. 'People don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it. ' It's very interesting!
Is this what REV does?"
