  Intro to NLP

  is the only tool you need, learn to see, hear, touch, taste and smell more, why we misunderstand others so easily,
• Who you really are:  We will help you discover your core values, your belief systems (both limiting and useful belief systems), your identity, your purpose in life and understand how these have helped or hindered you in the past.
• Tools to Empower:  Learn the tools to drive you forward in life:

  • How to create rapport and influence people at the unconscious level,
  • NLP Language patterns of influence (Meta Model, Milton Model, conversational hypnotic patterns),
  • How to turns dreams into achievable goals,
  • How to take charge of your emotional state using the Swish, the Scramble or anchoring techniques,
  • How to align your values, goals, belief systems, purpose in life and identity to achieve your destiny.

 

How We'll Do It

Your Life by Design NLP experience has two parts:

• Pre-course self-study phase that begins when you receive your pre-course Personal Empowerment Pack.  Within this Pack are:  (1) NLP eBook,  (2) Four daily reflection exercises (3) Outcome clarification excercise.   With the completion of the exercises in the Personal Empowerment Pack, you will come well-prepared for the course with well-defined goals.

We hold the workshop over two sessions so that you have a chance to practice your skills, reflect and discover more about which tools work for you and how best to use your newfound skills.   When you finish Session 2, you will be a certified NLP Practitioner!
